Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@roohta.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Damaged or incorrect products received.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
