Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@roohta.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund process will begin.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability).
- Damaged or incorrect products received.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
